Courtney and I have been blogging about our culinary adventures for a couple months and we’ve been enjoying documenting our food preparation in words and pictures. We knocked it up a notch this past weekend by creating our first cooking video demonstrating how to make coconut curry crabs and razor clams Provençal. It was also an opportunity for me to do a little bit of video editing. The results came out pretty decent, considering it was made by two people who’ve never done this before and using a Flip cam.
